Majestic is the only major wine retailer to offer completely FREE delivery of a case of wine anywhere in mainland UK.* And the good news doesn't end there - Majestic's delivery service is convenient, fast and reliable!

97% of our deliveries come direct from one of our stores, so you benefit from the best of both worlds - the convenience of online ordering coupled with unparalleled customer service from our store-based staff. We guarantee deliveries within 7 days, but often turn around deliveries much faster - sometimes within 24 hours! It all depends on local circumstances.

No store in striking distance?

Unfortunately we don't have stores everywhere and there are some locations just too far away for us to deliver using store-based vans. That's where our Mail Order team come in, dispatching wines via courier across the UK.

Customers in mainland UK still benefit from FREE delivery, and for customers in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly we only charge £5 per case. Our experienced team use special packaging to avoid breakages, and can deliver our full range of wines, Champagnes and spirits (but not beer, soft drinks or accessories).

Gift Solutions

Our online-only Gift Solutions service offers 1, 2, 3 and 6-bottle gift packs with rapid delivery by courier and your choice of delivery date. Since they're sold independently of our usual 12-bottle minimum purchase delivery is not free, although the postage and packaging charge is incorporated into the price you see. En Primeur

Wines available en primeur are sold on a 'futures' basis before being bottled. The wine is shipped up to two years after purchase when the bottled wines are released. More details on En Primeur delivery

International delivery

Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK.

Returns

Majestic offers a sale-or-return facility, and of course we will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us, and will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

The easiest way to return items to us is to have them collected the next time you place an order for delivery; leave a note in the 'Additional Information' box on the Checkout page to let us know what you'd like us to collect and we can credit the value against your order.

* Minimum purchase 12 bottles of wines and/or spirits, any mix.
