"If I tasted this blind, I would swear on my life that I was drinking a Bordeaux. Aromas of blackberries, cassis and a hint of cedary spice leap out of the glass. The sweet tannins give way to a formidable wine boasting flavours of mocha, chocolate and Christmas cake! The finish is out of this world."

"From one of the top properties in Bandol comes this monster of a wine. The deep colouring and intense nose of brambles and roasted spice, is down to the 90% Mouvedre that made its way into the final blend. The palate is dense, and is supported by soft velvety tannins."

"This is without question the white wine of our recent fine wine tasting. This is a beautiful and pure White Burgundy that delivers an elegant nose of white flowers and vanilla infused poached pears. There is such harmony, the rich and full flavoured palate comprises of toasty oak and lashings of fruit. Its silky texture gives the most wonderful mouthfeel and a finish that seems to be endless. More please!"

"This Grand Cru white Burgundy is perfect for drinking now. With a nose of buttered toast, white peaches and vanilla, the palate is rich and fat and marries wonderfully with the bouquet. Everything about this wine exudes class, and it comes as no surprise that this is one of the finest examples from this very prestigious Grand Cru site."

"This delicious Chardonnay from the Napa Valley is one of my real favourites. The inviting aromas of white peach, apple and pear create a spectacular bouquet. On the palate it is even more sublime, as the aromas carry over and marry with the delicate flavour of warm brioche."
